UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, } Eastern Division of the Eastern Judicial } ss: District of Missouri. } United States of America, } vs. } Lung Fook, (a Chinaman) } This matter coming on to be heard before the under- signed United States District Judge, Eastern District of Missouri, on an appeal from the judgment of James R. Gray, United States Commissioner, and the said defendant being present in his own proper person and by his attorney, the District Attorney being also present, the said matter was submitted to me on the evidence and proofs taken before said commissioner, and due consideration being had in the premises, the undersigned doth find that the said Lung Fook is not en- titled to be and remain within the United States, and it is accordingly ordered and adjudged that the judgment rendered by said commissioner be affirmed; that the said Lung Fook be deported to China, from whence he came, and that he be committed to the custody of the United States Marshal for said District, to carry this order into effect. Witness my hand, in the City of St. Louis, in the Dis- trict aforesaid , this 22nd day of March, A. D. 1905. Elmer B Adams United States District Judge Eastern District of Mis- souri.
