Separately to be made and levied out of their respective goods and chattels, lands and tenements, and to the United States rendered if default be made in the conditions following, to-wit WHEREAS, the said Lung Foose has been charged on oath with having on the 9th day of Novr A. D. 1904, committed a Criminal offense against the laws of the United States, to-wit that he did being a Chinese laborer and not provided with a certificate of identity was unlawfully within the United States as will at large and more fully appear by the said complaint. And upon such complaint being filed said Commissioner did issue a warrant for the arrest of the accused, who has been brought before said Commissioner for examination, and said examination having been continued for the reason that further testimony and said offense being bailable by said Commissioner, he thereupon ordered the accused to find sufficient bail in the sum of 500 Dollars, for his appearance before said Commissioner, in the City of St. Louis, in said Division of said District, on the
