has been charged on oath
with having on the 9th day of Novr A. D. 1904, committed a Criminal offense
against the laws of the United States, to-wit that he did being a Chinese laborer
and not provided with a certificate of identity
was unlawfully within the United States
as will at large and more fully appear by the said complaint.
And upon such complaint being filed said Commissioner did issue a warrant for the arrest of the accused,
who has been brought before said Commissioner for examination, and said examination having been
