23 day of Nov - 1904; then and there to answer the complaint preferred against
and that in default of finding such bail the accused shall stand for trial.
NOW, THEREFORE, the condition of this recognizance is such, that if the said Lung Fook
shall personally be and appear at and
before the said Commissioner, at his offce aforesaid, on the 23 day of November
A. D. 1904, and from day to day thereafter, as may be ordered by said Commissioner, until discharged by due
process of law, and then and there answer to said complaint for said offense whereof he stands charged, and
shall obey and abide by all orders which may be made by said Commissioner in relation to the said complaint
during the pendency thereof, then this recognizance shall be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
