Dear Sir: -
I beg to acknowledge receipt of your favor of the 22nd inst.,
and in accordance with request therein contained, I herewith send you
certified copies of complaints and warrants in cases of United States
vs. Lung Fook and Ham Dan, which were brought before former United
States Commissioner Felix W.McGettrick,- I have thoroughly examined
Mr.McGettrick's dockets which were returned into Court with the fil-
es at the expiration of his term of office, but do not find either
of these cases appearing thereon; therefore there is no evidence what-
ever appearing in his records of the final disposition of the cases.
You will notice that the names of the respondents as they appear in
the complaints are slightly different than those   iven by you in
pies are $2.00, which kindly remit at once, and oblige,
