was a chinese laborer, not lawfully entitled to be and remain in the did
United States ,for the reason that the said Jeu Sue Bun
does not have and is not provided with a certificate of identity,as
provided by Section 3, of the Act of March 3,1903,
Contrary to the statutes in such case made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the United States.
