tenements, and to the United States rendered if default be made in the conditions following, to-wit: WHEREAS, the said Lung Fook a Chinaman being ha s been charged on oath before said Commissioner with having on the 9th day of November A. D 190 4, committed a Criminal offense against the laws of the United States, to wit: that he did unlawfully within the United States and not entitled to be and remain therein as will at large and more fully appear by the said complaint. And upon such complaint being filed said Commissioner did issue a warrant for the arrest of the accused, who ha s been brought before said Commissioner to answer to said charge and witnesses having been examined in re- lation to said charge, in the presence of the accused; and upon said examination it appearing to said Com- missioner that the offense with which the accused stands charged has been committed, and that there is probable is true; whereupon said commissioner ordered said Lung Fook to be deported to China and the said Lung Fook having taken an appeal from the judgment of said Commr he thereupon ordered the accused to find sufficient bail in the sum of one hundred to the United States District Court Division of the Eastern Judicial District of
